On August 12, Warminster Township welcomed residents to Warminster Community Park for a fun-filled, National Night Out-style event celebrating community connection and honoring local first responders.
Participants enjoyed a wide range of activities, including a lively foam party and mini-golf provided by Bucks Bubbles, refreshing Kona Ice treats, and upbeat music by DJ Harry Leach. The evening also provided an opportunity for residents to meet and interact with members of the Warminster Police Department, including K9 Linc, Warminster Township Office of Emergency Management and Services, Hartsville Fire Company, Warminster Fire Department, and Central Bucks EMS, in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
The event was hosted by Warminster Township Department of Parks and Recreation, with special thanks to all the public safety agencies, the Public Works Department, volunteers, and community partners whose dedication and teamwork made the night possible.
“This event is about more than fun–it’s about bringing people together,” said Joe Velten, Director of Emergency Management & Services. Jessica Fox, Director of Warminster Township Department of Parks and Recreation, added, “We are incredibly grateful to our first responders for their service, and to our community for coming out to connect, share, and celebrate on such a beautiful summer evening.”
Warminster Township looks forward to continuing traditions that strengthen community bonds, support public safety, and create lasting memories for residents of all ages.
